1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the f77xx platform — including the website at f77xx.net, any associated mobile browser interface, and all gaming, betting, and account services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and f77xx (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the f77xx platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on f77xx, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. f77xx strictly enforces this age requirement and will request CNIC or other government-issued identity documentation to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on f77xx or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your f77xx account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on f77xx. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your f77xx account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, CNIC number, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping all account details current and accurate at all times.

• You may not register an account using a false identity, alias, or another person's personal information.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your f77xx account to any other person.
• f77xx reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any stage and to suspend access pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.
• Accounts registered with inaccurate or fraudulent information are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure, with all balances forfeited.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f77xx account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. f77xx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security.

• You must not share your password or OTP with any third party, including f77xx support staff. f77xx support agents will never ask for your password or OTP under any circumstances.
• You must notify f77xx immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your f77xx account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your legal responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the activity.
• f77xx will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

f77xx processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your f77xx wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours to reflect depending on inter-bank processing times.
• f77xx does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes on average for verified accounts during operating hours.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your f77xx KYC records. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• f77xx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

f77xx offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and sports betting cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page before you choose to opt in.
• Bonuses are credited to your f77xx account in a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on your f77xx account at any time unless otherwise specified on the promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• f77xx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, pattern betting to artificially complete wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• f77xx reserves the right to void any winnings or cancel any withdrawal request where bonus terms have been breached.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the f77xx platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface, supplemented by these general Terms.

• Game outcomes on f77xx are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by real-world sporting events, as applicable. f77xx does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, f77xx reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. f77xx is not liable for winnings that would have been generated in a round affected by a verified technical fault.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, the decision of f77xx's trading team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.
• f77xx reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are identified as arbitrage, advantage play, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of fair recreational play.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f77xx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one f77xx account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or defraud f77xx.
• Using the f77xx platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing f77xx on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and in violation of these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for personal gain. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your name.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing f77xx support staff or other users in any manner.

9 Responsible Gaming

f77xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings after login and do not require contacting customer support to activate.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your f77xx wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A reality check notification will be displayed when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your f77xx account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the f77xx platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. To self-exclude, contact f77xx support or use the option in your account settings.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing time spent and net wagering activity during your current session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the f77xx platform are the exclusive property of f77xx or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the f77xx platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any f77xx content without prior written authorisation from f77xx.
• You may not use the f77xx name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Game software and content provided by third-party providers on the f77xx platform remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f77xx excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the f77xx platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity conducted through your f77xx account.
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform — including those affecting game outcomes or withdrawal processing — where such failures are beyond f77xx's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Reliance on information, odds, or market data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not permitted by law.

Where f77xx is found liable for a breach of these Terms or any applicable law, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your f77xx account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

f77xx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on f77xx, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, gaming history, device information, and communication logs.
• f77xx uses this data to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the user experience.
• f77xx does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

• Amended Terms will take effect 7 days after the date of notification, unless the amendment is required by law or relates to a security matter — in which case it takes effect immediately.
• Your continued use of the f77xx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which f77xx operates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the f77xx platform or these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved through support, you may submit a formal written complaint to the f77xx complaints team. You will receive a written response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved after the formal complaint stage, it may be escalated to the applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body under the terms of f77xx's operating licence.
